Freyah comes highly recommended from the British School of Osteopathy where she graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy.
As part of her training she treated in a variety of specialist clinics. Now working in private practice, she enjoys treating people of all ages and from all backgrounds, including paediatric patients.
Freyah combines a wide variety of osteopathic techniques and integrates her skills in different areas to tailor her treatment to the individual patients need.
The in depth study of visceral techniques has enabled her to influence fascia, muscles and structures in the chest, abdomen and pelvis if appropriate, for example for abdominal complaints. She also uses cranial techniques, soft tissue massage, medical acupuncture where appropriate and manipulation techniques. Explaining the cause of the problem forms an important part of her treatment, as does advice on home exercises, stretches nutrition and mindfulness techniques.
Freyah works at Halos Tuesdays, Thursday evenings and Saturdays
