Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural and non-invasive therapy which can help to support and re-balance the body. By using specialised massage and pressure point techniques, the reflex points on the feet (or hands) are stimulated to help optimise your well-being and promote relaxation. It is based on the principle that different points on the feet, lower legs and hands correspond with different areas throughout the body. By using thumbs, fingers or knuckles and a range of specialised massage techniques, these reflexes/areas are stimulated to help optimise your well-being and promote relaxation.
