Halos Pregnancy Yoga is an opportunity to meet other mums-to-be as you enjoy pregnancy-friendly yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body, breath and baby.
Yoga gently and safely develops and maintains strength, stamina, stability and balance during pregnancy. It helps you to adapt to the changes in your body, ultimately aiding in preparing you for labour.
Relaxation at the end of the class is a great way of letting go of tensions and for calming the nervous system.

Mum and Baby Yoga
These classes are a blend of baby yoga and post natal yoga. Baby yoga helps strengthen and balance the physical body, improves digestion and relief for colicky babies and enhances the bond between you and your little one.
Post natal yoga will focus on improving your strength and stamina, as well as providing a space for healing and recovery after the birth of your baby.
The class is interactive, expect some songs and stillness. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. All yoga props are provided.
