Aníta Rún Sæþórsdóttir

MOst Osteopathy

Aníta graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy. Before training as an Osteopath, she worked as a strength and conditioning trainer.

Aníta enjoys treating people of all ages and backgrounds. Her special interests are the body’s function and biomechanics of movements, sports injury rehabilitation and women’s health.

Aníta uses a wide range of Osteopathic techniques including soft tissue release, joint articulation and adjustments, as well as dry needling in her treatments. She is passionate about providing the best patient care and optimal management plan, to enhance best outcomes for each individual.
