It involves an in-depth assessment of the pelvic floor, c-section scars and any physical problems that have arisen from pregnancy or birth. A bespoke post-natal recovery plan is then created in line with your body, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. This includes specific and safe post-natal exercises to improve stability, posture and core strength.
