The Pilates Reformer is an excellent piece of apparatus for injury prevention and rehabilitation.  1-1 Clinical sessions incorporate stretching, loading, balance and corrective components.  Clinical Pilates focuses on the abdominals, deep back muscles, diaphragm and your pelvic floor to give you strength so that you can support your body and move well.  It is more dynamic than mat work as the exercises are performed through a greater range of movement and involve resistance.
