What is Strength and conditioning training?

 

Strength and conditioning training focuses on improving physical performance through a wide range of selected exercises. It is for people of all ages and backgrounds to help achieve their personal goals, regardless of what that goal is, whether it being sport specific, injury prevention, daily activity or to improve health and quality of life.


What happens in a session?

 

A consultation to discuss goals, current lifestyle and general health. As well as evaluate current fitness levels and any injury’s.

After outlining goals and gaining a better understanding of yourself, you will perform a workout. After the session the trainer will form an individualised exercise program to help you achieve your personal goals.
